This is the chronicle of _regina's journey back to the land of the skinny.
I am currently not fat, but pudgier than I would like. The AMA says I'm 20 pounds overweight as of January 1, 2007. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by my college graduation on August 10, 2007, or as much as it takes to get back into size 8 jeans.
This journal will be used to keep track of any activities that could be considered exercise, as well as current weight and measurements. I may also keep track of whether I'm eating well. If all goes well there will be a daily post listing my weight, my measurements, and what I did during my hour of exercise.
You may join the community if you wish; be aware that membership is moderated and must be approved by me. I am the only person with posting access. I only made this a community because I don't want to have to log in and out every time I do something over here.
