Today's weight: 192 (Mom and Dad's scale)

Friday: 40 minutes walking, 30 minutes elliptical, 1 hour dancing

Saturday: who knows

On target: -13:10 (getting better! verrrrry slowly. I need to come edit this if I work out today though, or I'll lose count.)

Yeah, it's been a while.

Yesterday's weight: 191 (rec center)

Jan 11-23: Somewhere in there I did half an hour on the rowing machine, and had sex, which I'm going to count as half an hour of exercise.

Wednesday: 40 minutes elliptical, 50 minutes walking, 10 minutes jogging, 1 hour pilates

Thursday: Remains to be seen.

On target: Not even close! -13:20 (oops)

Today's weight: ~198 (bathroom scale)

Tuesday: No exercise

Wednesday: Half hour walk with the dog, hopefully an hour of pilates or yoga later tonight

On target: -2 hours

Saturday: One hour of pilates, 15 minutes of yoga

Monday: One hour on the elliptical, half an hour walking

On target: -30 minutes

Today's weight: 194.4 (so says overly-accurate scale at the rec center)

Today's measurements: Not yet taken (I may move the measurements to weekly events instead of daily)

Today's pants size: 14 (I'm discontinuing daily pants size reports; I'll update the pants size when it changes)

Today's exercise: Half hour on the elliptical, 15 minutes alternating laps jogging and walking. Plans to do an hour of pilates and a half hour walk with the dog later.

On target: -15 minutes (I'm going to keep track of how well I meet my goal of an hour a day. This number will be cumulative. If I skip 15 minutes 2 days in a row, it will be -30; if I do an extra 45 minutes it will be +45. If I do an hour a day it should stay at 0.)

Welcome to the first post of reginasweats! Come on in and experience the exciting world of me talking about how much I weigh and whether I got any exercise.

Today's weight: ~193 (my bathroom scale provides an approximate weight that's more or less in the neighborhood of my actual weight)

Today's measurements: 38" - 35" - 43 1/2" (thighs: 27" each)

Pants size: 14 (pants size is always an estimate based on what I'm currently wearing, or what I've tried on at the Gap)
